Worked legs hard- my back hasn’t bothered me at all

- 405 lbs 10 reps X 1 set.
- 455 lbs 8 reps x 1 set
- 505 lbs 8 reps x 1 x set
Outer thigh machine- I did the entire rack
- 290 lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets
Inner thigh machine- I did the entire rack
- 290 lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets
Leg extension Did each leg separately 130 lbs/leg x 8 reps x 3 sets Seated Calf Raises
- 135 lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
Standing calf raises
- 210 lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets
