Still adjusting to my new work schedule. Missed the gym for 3 days- I’m bummed out. Will go today no matter what. Found a gym a block away from work. will check it out today.

You need to find a place so you can stay consistant. Also have a back up plan for days when you cant get in the gym. That way you know you didnt waste a day. A short workout is better than no workout. stay strong. You will succeed.
