- 385 lbs 10 reps X 1 set.
- 410lbs 10 reps x 1 set
- 455 lbs 8 reps x 1 x set
Outer thigh machine- I did the entire rack
- 290 lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets
Inner thigh machine- I did the entire rack
- 290 lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets
Leg extension
Did each leg separately 130 lbs/leg x 8 reps x 3 sets
Seated Calf Raises
- 135 lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
Standing calf raises
- 160 lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets
Went down 6 notches in my belt
Went from 44 loose fit jeans to 40 regular jeans- more to go a pound at a time.
In the market for a good trainer.
Landed the dream job yesterday, Celebrated and had a small beer. (4 ounces)
Felt a little guilty about the beer but what the hell! First one i’ve had in about 9 months.
