This week I start tweaking. Diet/Mass
I have not been too focussed on fat loss, but rather getting that mind/muscle connection again and regularity that I have been missing for so long. I have already cleaned up my diet a lot and now this week starting Monday I will tighten up my diet to give my body what I know it needs to do some final tweaking. I put a goal to get down to 8% bf by June 2010. I will be doing cardio sessions that are separate from my lifting sessions. I am going to add them 3-6 x’s weekly and then go to 2x’s daily for 2-4 wks as I start to see improvements. We will all see if it is working because I will post pics every week from now on.
