I am looking for a good tasting, healthy chili recipe. I smelled chili in my apartment building earlier this week and have had a hankering (yeah, I said hankering. I realize it makes me seem 90 years old) for it ever since. Can anybody help a skinny, hungry guy out? Thanks!

I’ve been working out on and off for the past 5 years - I started when I got into college. I never really did it consistently outside of the summers. Whenever I got back to school, it would be a workout here, a workout there - nothing consistent. Now that I have a job, I’ve been working out on a very regular basis - 4-5 days a week (the 5th day depending on my knees - they suck) - for the past 6 months. For the past 3 months, I’ve been eating very clean - 5 times a day, one cheat meal a week. However, I feel as though I’ve made almost zero progress. It’s becoming incredibly frustrating. Since I started working out 5 years ago, I have made a change in my body - I was 170 when I started and was up to 220 at my heaviest (not healthiest though). I just figured there would be some kind of noticeable change in my body, but I’m just not seeing it and it sucks.
