So after being demotovated for solong, my wife got me a new scale. and I started with Myfitnesspal.com. The scale is a Weightwatchers and there is a two lbs difference between the new scale and the old scale. So guess which one I am going to use?
So on this day I am at weight 215.1 at the end of 5 weeks I should be down to 205 according to myfitness pal. So we shall see.
