Its been a couple of months since I hit my training hard. I need to get back in the saddle bigtime. I have unfortunately gained bakc some weigh that I worked so hard to lose. And since my wife is pregnant I have been having more and more cravings, even more than her, lol. My diet has been the worst of all. Please, I am begging for your help and support as I need to not only get back to where I was, but surpass it with new gains.

I have developed a bad habit of not keeping up my Blog.
But more importantly I have been doing great things in the gym. This "century" program I am on is hott and I have melted off some much hated bodyfat. I am now down to 15.4%, which is only .4 away from my initial goal!!
I must admit though my eating habits have been really lax lately and it will catch up with me if I don’t stop. I have really noticed a difference in my energy and appetite since I started this 100 rep program. My body is wasted after workouts and my hunger skyrockets. I absolutely use every ounce of energy in my workouts(good thing)!
If anyone has or wants to try it, look on my workout plan and I have briefly described this workout. It is intense. I also need to be honest in that I have had to put the weigh down a couple of times to make it all th way to 100. But its still kick a$$!

I’ve been lazy all week. I have not written in my blog for four days. But I have some great news. I am now closer to my goal of 15% bodyfat. I measured today and came out to 16%. IN December I was as high as 22%. At my heaviest I was 209 and at my lowest I was 190. Now I am at 196 and 16%. I was really motivated to see that number.

Monday was a good day. I work chest and tri’s out on Monday, as well as abs. I started out with 10 minutes of warm up easy cardio, and then I also did some hard cardio after the weights. I can do about 2.9 miles on an eliptical in 20 minutes. Is that good? It normally takes me 23-24 minutes to run 3 miles, and usually the eliptical takes longer, but I seem to be flying. Either way I feel like throwing up when I’m done. LOL

Friday I worked out BAck and Bi’s. It was a great day. I recently added a third excercise to my bi regime, for a total of 9 sets. I really like the way my new routine is set up. I focus on two muscle groups a day now, instead of three or four. The only draw back is that I’m only working abs once. I know my ab muscle are in good shape. I just need to get the fat off so people can see them, but isn’t that always the problem, lol. I have kicked up cardio to a higher level. I have been keeping it to the eliptical machne though to save my knees. I do a total of thirty minutes of cardio a day, four times a week. If I am feeling energetic enough I might even add a fifth. I may bump up my cardio to 40 mins a day though to really get this fat layer offa nd lower my bf. Plus I need to get my diet in check. I really feel like I know what to do, but I am only putting about 75% effort into it, and its really holding me back. But realizing that isn’t enough motivation to do it right. I wish I had enough money so I could just higher someone to do it all for me, so all I would have to do it eat it.

Today was a great day! I did shoulders today, adn abs as well. I have never done whoulders by themselves before. I normally add them with back. But today was different, becasue I am following a specific workout. The result: I absolutely loved it. My shoulders were worn out and burning and tight. It was great. I also workeda bs and did 20 min of hard cardio. Great Day!

Today is leg day. This will be the first time I have ever dedicated a whole day to just legs. I will be honest, I don’t necessarily like working legs. I do it because I know I have to. But I normally combine it with another excercise to make it bearable. But today, with the program that I am following, I have a whole day just for legs. It probably won’t be as bad as I think, in fact I am trying to stay positive about it, because I will have a better workout if I do. Why do legs suck? Anyway, my biggest motivation to work legs is those gym idiots that only work chest and arms. They look so out of proportion and they don’t even know how stupid they look. Get a clue, losers. I am not going to be that guy. I want the whole package.

Today I got to change things up a bit in the gyma and I love it. My chest workout was great. I felt a great pump and burn. MY Tri workout was unbelievable. Those lying tricep extension gave my tricep a great pump! I even got my full 20 min of cardio in. I feel great. Today is why I love working out! Hope everyone else has a great day too!

This week I get to change things up a bit. I am really exctied about it because I will get the opprotunity to work back and shoulders when they are a little fresher, because I wont be mixing them with another muscle group and they come first in the workout. I am hoping this next two weeks will spark some new growth and I am also hoping to lose 4 pounds over the next two weeks also( 2lbs per week). Good Luck to everyone out there working a hard and pushing forward.

I recently found out that I am going to be a Daddy! This is my first so I am really excited about it. I have wanted children for as long as I can remember. I am honestly hoping for a girl, but a healthy baby is most important, regardless of sex. This new adventure gives me all new motivation to workout and stay healthy. I want to be able to keep up with my kids as they grow and be an active father. I can’t wait for the little one to arrive. Until then I’ll keep pumping the iron and wearing out the cardio machines. Happy Easter!
