long time ago
the last time i blogged was so long ago. more than 5 months to be exact. alot has happened but ultimately I am still pushing for self improvement. I have upped my efforts to include two a days(one weight session and one cardio only session)minimum 30 minute cardio). I am well and I am excited to be trying some new supplements. I’m not big on them, especially since they are not free, but I am always down to find the next best tasting protien. Anyway, god luck to everyone and I’ll see you around.

Keep at it, bro! Side note: the best tasting protein comes from steak. Can’t beat it. Well, chicken’s pretty good, too. But I get what you mean. I hate supplements. They don’t really work (at least not for me), they’re expensive, and they taste horrible. So go steak!
