today was a chest and tri day
my db presses went up to 70 lbs
my flyes went up to 35 lbs
skullcrushers went up to i cant even remember but over 150 lbs
i have lost 3 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle in 3 weeks and plan on gainined from now on

im going to up my protein intake to roughly 350 grams a day and i need to get to 215 lbs to wina bet i cant lose.. time to unleash the beast baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have upped my protein dramtically and carbs as well i have stopped resting between sets and upped all weights i am going to be huge and i dont have any supps in my system imagine what a beast i would be with some supps in my blood hhmmm watch out america im going to be like cutler
