I used prolab creatine in the past. Noticed some gains in strength. No bloating or anything unpleasant b/c its micronized.

You'll be fine. The water retention isn't great enough to give you man boobs, although I don't really see the point in taking creatine if you aren't working out.

I have been taking 100% Creatine Powder by Body Fortress for 10 days now. I have been thirstier since I started but it does indicate that you need to stay hydrated so no matter which one you pick keep yourself near a water bottle. I work out 5 to 6 days a week and have noticed some awesome changes in just a couple weeks. Nothing to write home to mom about but enough to keep me motivated. I would stay away from the powder shakes, I mix mine with apple juice pre-workout and I feel pumped when I start lifting. Good luck man hope this helps.

There are about a dozen primary varieties of creatine. Most are stacked within a single product. Too much creatine can overload the organs especially the kidneys. Keep the dosage high but reasonable and you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

MaxPro is great lo-cal protein and it's been the basis of my protein intake for the past six months. It's lower calorie than Max Muscle's High 5 Protein, and it tastes great. You can download a Product Data Sheet for all their products and directly compare to whatever brand you used to take on their homepage at www.maxmuscle.com . Personally, I like Vanilla, and a scoop of that with a banana, ice, and water still make me feel like I drove up to Dairy Queen and splurged with my kids. Enjoy.

Definitely not! My cheat meal turned into a cheat-bowl! Ha ha! I haven't had so much food in forever. I didn't even eat that much on Thanksgiving! But, today we are back on track!

Looks good to me...the only thing that I see is that your not eating any carbs for breakfast. At lunch your having vegetables, which is carbs. I would add some carbs in the morning for a more complete meal...just a though....take care...
