I have been taking 100% Creatine Powder by Body Fortress for 10 days now. I have been thirstier since I started but it does indicate that you need to stay hydrated so no matter which one you pick keep yourself near a water bottle. I work out 5 to 6 days a week and have noticed some awesome changes in just a couple weeks. Nothing to write home to mom about but enough to keep me motivated. I would stay away from the powder shakes, I mix mine with apple juice pre-workout and I feel pumped when I start lifting. Good luck man hope this helps.

There are about a dozen primary varieties of creatine. Most are stacked within a single product. Too much creatine can overload the organs especially the kidneys. Keep the dosage high but reasonable and you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
