Is this eating clean?
When will I see results. I feel stronger and I am lifting heavier and longer but I can see it in the mirrow and this has been my diet for the last month with the occasional weekend cheating
Breakfast: Protien shake, egg whites, maybe flank steak, coffee with nonfat milk
Snack: Almonds
Lunch: Grilled Chicken salad with some vinager, water, fruit
Snack: fruit
After workout: Protien shake w/ glutamine
Dinner: Grilled chicken or flank steak or pork chop with tomato sauce and vegies, maybe half a potatoe or brown rice
Snack: bananna w/ pbutter

Looks good to me…the only thing that I see is that your not eating any carbs for breakfast. At lunch your having vegetables, which is carbs. I would add some carbs in the morning for a more complete meal…just a though….take care…
