Monday, April 14th, 2008I tried the empowered nutrition diet for two weeks. It worked out very well for me, although the cost for the amount of food required almost broke the bank. After two week of stuffing my face with that diet, I gained about five pounds of muscle and lost some fat. I switched over to the MuscleTech Shredded Stack Diet, this is a much eaisier diet to follow. I have been on the MT diet for exactly one week and one day. I have lost about six pounds and my strength is still showing up for the workouts.
