11/2/09 WOD

after yesterday, my legs still felt a little sore, but not in a bad way…if that makes any scenes..people some times confuse being sore with being hurt, and being hurt with being injured. I played sports my whole life and have learned the difference. When I wrestled our coach taught us how to  train through pain, (train with pain)  your body will adapt to any thing you throw at it. Pain is your body signal to let you know some thing it wrong, but It also lets you know you’re alive as well. IF your lifting hard and heavy you’re gonna be sore, and if you’re not sore then you should check your pulse…or add some weight to that dang bar man!!
WOD(WORK OUT OF THE DAY) for time no rest or very little rest also stoped clock after each set..it’s my 1st time trying this WOD and the 1st set kick my ass a bit..: 135 thrusters 20 reps, Pull-ups 20 reps, 135 thrusters 15 reps, Pull-ups 15 reps, 135 thrusters 10 reps, Pull-ups 10 reps,
Time: 12:59..sucked cuz i stopped the time after each set for about 45 sec. or more. man i was gased after this. but it’s not bad for the 1st time…
