CROSSFIT
So I’ve recently started crossfit, it’s amazing, fun, and challenging, my body seems to love torture so… I love crossfit because of the freedom. I don’t like routine, in my line of work there is no such thing. I just follow the WOD’s I actually mad a few of my own. "Stair way to torment" is as follows 4 rounds of 12 floors of stairs at each floor complete 5 burpees, each floor has 14 stairs. 12 floors for 4 rounds= 672 stairs and 240 burpees. Love this one…saving that one. Today I did 3 rounds of: 50 meter walking lunge, 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, and 50 meter sprint (thats one round) with little to no rest, the event is times, completed it in 20 min…I’ll get better.

Crossfit’s real cool. Really good if you’re just in for gettin beat up for 20-30min.
