Yesterday’s Workout was back as follows:
6:00 on Treadmill @ 6.6
Movement Prep/Stretch
Pullups:Â Bodyweight x12; +40lbs x10, +50lbs x7, +60lbs x5
Hammer strength high pull (weight is per side):Â 100x10, 110x8, 115x8
Lat pulls (medium width palms facing):Â 140x8, 8, 150x7
Seated Cable Row: 115x9, 125x8,7
Alternating DB Curls:Â 35x8,9,8
Stretch
Post workout supps: 4 Big C, 4 A-Bomb
I had to make it quick, as I had to be back at the office for a meeting. Â Back to the office for a protein shake before the meeting.
One item of note is that I’ve noticed that my DOMS are lighter than usual. The intensity of my workouts have not changed and the weight has gone up on many exercises….
Last night I had the girls again and we had fun. Melinda got a good workout in and I got some good one on one time with the girls.
Lotty and I got some good one on one time in the truck, and I tortured her with my rendition of "The Maker" as performed by Dave Matthews (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCur6KJB6BA)...We also got some nice bonding time from 4:20-6:00 am, as she wanted to play. I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Could be the supps are helping reduce soreness....is your sleep time increasing at all these days?
