HST–day 5-15s
Here’s the workout (following a good warmup)– 1×15. I did not take any rest between exercises. I feel like crap today with a head cold, but I’d rather feel like crap in the gym than spending a little extra time at my desk…..
Warm up: elliptical/Light lat pulls, squat (bar x 15, 135×12), Bench (bar x 25 ,135×10)
Squat (225)
Bench (155)
Deadlift (185)
DB Incline (50)
chinups (17)
lateral raises (20)
Cable Row (95)
Rear Delt Fly Machine (90)
Standing Calf raises (220)
Shoulder press machine (80)
Tricep Pushdowns (115)
BB curls (60)
10 minutes of intervals on the stairmaster
Stretch
Spin class for 55:00. I’m toast.

It’s bad enough I work in the land of acronyms but here too…what is HST plz? Thanks. p.s. great workout for one who makes feeling like crap makes me look like crap as I opt to skip the gym today why cause I feel like crap duhhh

A "little" crazy?
Is this a steak and wine sort of thing? Alcohol is evil and against your progress. Maybe that’s my problem: I should take up drinking, then I have an excuse.
