I’m back

Since I returned from the sandbox I have been extremely busy with different schools and stuff. i have been lucky to get in the gym once a week. Now I back to work and things SHOULD start to slow down for me. I have felt like a lazy fat butt lately, thought i would never say this, but i am glad to be back at work so i can start hitting the gym again. I have some new goals and i am pumped and ready to get started again

Chugging NO-Xplode

I was in a hurry lastnight and chugged my NO-Xplode as I was walking out the door. I went outside and began my 1.7mi run to the gym here at the fire department. Once i got here I started doing my ab workout. Thats when it hit me. I ended up getting sick and burping up the entire workout. It was a big mistake chugging that stuff. I really like taking NO but I will never chugg that stuff again and i would HIGHLY suggest you dont either. That was the biggest mistake i made so far. Man it was awful.

SUPER-SET

I was recently entering a workout that I completed and found that you cant enter supersets, unless I am just doing it worng in which case can somebody explain to me how to do it. It would be nice if the program was set up to enter that type of workout. Does anybody else run into the same problem?
