"Started off seasson training, bulk up period. Want to try and clean bulk as much as possible want to reach 105kg of good bulk then start gaining size and cutting up. Then start fitness and want to keep most of sizer and speed."
Have started my 3month progam on monday 28th july. doing a 5day split program. Trying to eat well and as much as i can, want to put on some major bulk. it is now wednesday chest and back are sore as……..
