keeping a training log really is helping me see where I need to push it and where I need to increase my weight in order for me to grow..im loving the training log!!

<p>keeping a training log really is helping me see where I need to push it and where I need to increase my weight in order for me to grow..im loving the training log!!</p>
<p>Hurts so good:) Still working on my arms and back trying to add a little more muscle ..really enjoying my workouts this month! Feels great!</p>

<p>My workouts are going much better!! doing everything on my Bosu and using my bands as my weights it makes it a lot harder which makes me happy ..</p>
