Friday, July 10th, 2009Just had a killer leg workout!! I feel like Im going to fall down everytime I take a step!!
keeping a training log really is helping me see where I need to push it and where I need to increase my weight in order for me to grow..im loving the training log!!
Hurts so good:) Still working on my arms and back trying to add a little more muscle ..really enjoying my workouts this month! Feels great!
