Just had a killer leg workout!! I feel like Im going to fall down everytime I take a step!!
keeping a training log really is helping me see where I need to push it and where I need to increase my weight in order for me to grow..im loving the training log!!
Hurts so good:) Still working on my arms and back trying to add a little more muscle ..really enjoying my workouts this month! Feels great!

Ok, so I gained more muscle then I wanted to in my legs…
I must try harder to gain more in my upper body.. my contest’s are getting closer and soon I will be in the diet part of this..and it will be harder to gain muscle when my calories are lower..
My workouts are going much better!! doing everything on my Bosu and using my bands as my weights it makes it a lot harder which makes me happy ..
