Hi there.  I have been working out consistently for about 1 month now, and it feels so good to be back in the gym.  Last Tues. I finally got "in the zone" in my cardio, it was so nice.  Then later that night I became ill with what I am sure is the worst ever stomach virus - EVER!  I did manage to go to the gym yesterday, and will go tomorrow, but these are my first times back and tomorrow will be my first cardio since.  I really am not overly motivated at this point, we are leaving for a cruise on Thurs., so until we return from it, its hard to stay too focused.  I do plan to jog and work out on the cruise, I’m just sure the seriousness and focus of my work-outs and diet will improve upon our return.  As for pictures… we’ll see.
