Yay for Saturdays!
Didn’t get a lot of sleep last night but I’ve got a surprising amount of energy right now. If my husband’s radio (he’s a firefighter) wasn’t going on every hour, then our youngest dog was getting sick, or one of the kids was up for some reason. It was crazy!
I got up finally because there just was no more sleeping to be had and worked out. The start of the workout was draining but once my body got warmed up it seemed kind of easy.

Jump Squat
Hand Walkout
Single Leg Deadlift, arms out to side
Jumping Jacks
Reverse Lunge with Twist
Pike Push ups
Squat Thrusts
Went to my morning youth fitness class. Had a small class today but it worked out really well. One kid was new and he wasn’t used to this kind of program. I think had there been more kids, he would have been too shy to really perform. And plus I was always to focus more on the other kids. So all in all, a good morning.
Now I just have to clean my house, work on some home DIY projects and then do some Halloween craft projects. *sigh* This is fun stuff right? Right.
