So glad it’s friday!!
Good workout today. I am still trying to figure out how I’m going to handle my diet. I want to follow the Velocity Diet but it’s too strict for what my lifestyle can handle right now. To follow it would mean not having any solid meals which would be fine however I prefer to have sit down dinners with my family and I don’t want to be sitting at the dinner table with my boys drinking a shake. So, I think I’ll set up my diet so I’m having one meal a day, which will be dinner and then do shakes the rest of the day.
I am however following the V-diet workout so we’ll see what happens with that.
Today’s workout:
5 minute warm up on treadmill
Deadlift - total reps 40, 95 lbs
Decline Dumbbell Bench Press - total reps 40, 15 lbs
Lat Pulldown - total reps 40, 90 lbs
Hand Walk Out - total reps 40
The hand walkouts were hard! At the end of them my whole body was exhausted. Good stuff! One weird thing though, as I was doing the hand walkouts, I stood up and this guy walks by and is just smiling at me. Gross. I can only imagine what he was thinking. So creepy.
