Hey Josh,

Throw that scale out the window. Scales can be a mixed bag of beans. Because it really doesn't tell the true story. Remember muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less space. So you look thinner but may have gain a couple of pounds. I like to use my waist as a guage. It much more accuarte in tell the true story!

Awesome! It is truly a great feeling of accomplishment. I miss those days. Be careful not to fall into a lull because you've had some success, keep setting the bar higher!

I know what you mean about the cardio, It is something that I have to have each day.
Due to my work schedule I get less sleep but I get a better quality sleep. The weight fell off of me and my energy level skyrocketed.
Keep up the great work!

What good is faith if you never question it? The strongest faith is one that has been tested. I believe (based on experience) that one can get complacent in weight loss after a lot of success. But if you've put your heart and soul into something, it's a shame to stop short of your potential.
Glad to see that you hopped right back on the wagon. Keep on keepin' on.

Congrats on the 17lb loss! Keep with it and I love the expression "never will I be fat again!". I've said the same thing and to this day as I work through my program use old pics of myself to keep me on track. I look forward to your continued success! Train Hard - Train Smart!

Great work man. It's surprising all that comes with getting in shape other than looking good. Keep it up and you'll be the motivation for many to follow.

Ah, I know. It's just that I couldn't finish out my day without doing something productive.

Running is my favorite cardio.

Have fun!

Just realizing that your goals are a long journey is a great step to achieving them. Just remember that when you hit the wall and get stuck at a plateau. Knowing that it won't happen overnight helps a lot in tempering frustration. Good luck in reaching your goals. They are possible!
