Been a while

Well, it’s been a while since I was active on the boards, had a computer problem still have it but have the use of a computer part time now.  I’ve been really busy with my new job working at minimum 60 hours a week and been taking a few courses so I’ve been slacking admittedly.  The odd thing is it’s not for lack of motivation every chance I get I workout and I skip doing alot of things in order to fit my workouts in.  The main reason I haven’t lost much weight in the last couple months is diet, I haven’t been very strict on it as it’s kind of hard to fit in meals on a 12 hour work shift when you aren’t sure if you’re going to be able to get a break due to meeting production.

I have rededicated myself as of 12/16 my birthday bought some new supplements to try, have my refrigerator stocked full of food and I’ve talked to my supervisor about working a few small breaks in to fit some small meals in, considering my production is usually pretty high he seemed all right with it.  I was a groomsman in a wedding about a month ago and I loved the fit of the tux, totally remotivated me to finish the weight loss portion of my journey.  Confidence is at an all time high regardless of not being to my goal.  I’ve not totally thrown the last couple months out the window though I’ve used it as sort of a dirty bulk and all of my lifts have gone up a good margin.

Another Month

It’s a been a month since my last post and I’ve dropped 8 lbs. which puts me at 245, not very happy with it all in all but it was expected as I started my new job and had 3 scheduled cheat days in the way of 2 birthdays and a weekend planned outing.  It’s a little harder to fit the meals in properly with the new job.  Main problem is getting all the calories I need which I believe is mainly what has attritibuted to my plateau here for the last couple weeks, but I’m finding a way to fix it today on my day off and I’m going to bust through the plateau and plan on losing 12 lbs. this month.

Although I’m not completely happy with my progress this month I will say that I’m starting to be able to fit into old clothes and that is such a huge motivation to keep going strong, I see some of my old photo’s and thats even more motivation. I put on a pair of pants that were tight as recently as 2 months ago, and now even with a belt I can’t keep them up.  I can’t wait til I get to my goal.

August 15th

Today I weighed in at 253 lbs. which is 12 pounds lost since my last post here, if I keep up this rate of loss I’ll be close to 200 lbs. by my birthday December 16th which is awesome.  I lost all my progress photo’s due to my computer crashing which sucks but I guess I’ll just have to start taking more and leaving them on my memory card.

A Little Update

July 13, 2007

I weighed in at 265 lbs. today, thats 12 pounds lost in roughly a month and judging by my body fat percentages and my lifts it all seems to be fat.  Doing great, my diet is no longer an issue I’m so used to it by now and I feel that in the next 6 months at this pace I should get very close to my goal.

Today

Today I am at 278 pounds, I have the motivation necessary to reach my goal.  I have recently had a friend join me and its helping my workouts.
