MonaVie

Do you have your own opinion on this product?  I just blew through my 3rd bottle and have decided to incorporate it into my competition diet to replace the fruits I won’t be eating.  My normal diet incorporates ALOT of fruit. At 4g of natural sugars per ounce (it’s recommended 2-4 oz/day), I think it wouldn’t hurt.

I was going to give this a try however, once I read the fine print on the back stating it was not for use by nerds….

Its a good product, but not the best out there. Check out Vibe from Eniva Nutraceuticals (there’s a link on my profile). My biggest problem with MonaVie is that its not a full spectrum nutrient and the acai berries are dehydrated prior to shipping them so while it may be "whole food" its depleted of a significant amount of the nutritional value. I have a stockpile of Vibe single servings if you’d like some. Not only is it full spectrum for vitamins and minerals but also has the highest antioxidant ORAC per volume of anything on the market, also has joint support in it, plus a 98% bioavailability. You can go to your Dr. and have him look up Vibe in his PDR for non-prescription meds even. MonaVie’s just another hype the same as Tungusta was a while back, too.

Oh, and Vibe 2.0 (which is the formulation I use) is only 30cal and 6g natural sugars per once. I take it post-workout for replenishment.

I have been recently looking into monavie as well. Are you still using it? What are your thoughts on it now.
