I did an hour and 15 min cardio today. It sucked ass and it suck evertime i do cardio.

Ive been sick for about two and a half weeks. Lost about 10 lbs and all my momentum. Ive got about seven weeks to get in shape. Time to dig in, eat right and work out hard.
Ever feel weak, skinny and fat at the same time. It seem like im going in circles, it’s driving me nutts.
