I did an hour and 15 min cardio today. It sucked ass and it suck evertime i do cardio.

Yes it does, and I’d be a lot leaner if my ass would do my 4 days like I’m supposed to. Since we know that, why the hell don’t we just do it? You know how much leaner we’d be? So let’s just get it done LOL
