Holiday Classroom Parties Cookies Chips Pizza Candy Chocolate Brownies do I
Saturday, November 21st, 2009Wow its been a while since I wrote a post !! Well now is a great time to write since the holidays are upon us. Working at a school can be tough espcially when you are working towards a fitness goal and your coworkers dont understand why you are saying no to cup cakes cookies pizza peanutbutter fudge candy chips finger sandwiches need I go on. I teach first grade and I gave my kiddies a party to celebrate thanksiginvg and I did not eat anythig sweet however I did have some Doritos. I know bad girl . Christmas parties are comming and I am just going to make sure i have my healthy snacks during the parties. I found these protien bars that are less than 130 caloires 2 grms or sugar and 20 grams of protien Im going to keep those with me cut them in little peices and snack on those during the parites that way I can say no to the sweet temptations. I will pack almonds in so when I need something crunchy and salty I can reach for those instead of doritos. I want to place in the top 5 for my first show and Kassandre sent me a message on my facebook page telling me to think of myself on muscle development and those cravings for doritos will go away I want to do this show more than I want to treats.
