Summer break is over back in the classroom for me need tips on how to keep

I am a teacher and with that came a bad diet.  95% of the time I dont get a 30 min lunch when you have to deal with 1st graders  clogging the toilets with toliet paper and kids eating glue sticks and you really have 10 mins to eat!!!Even when i was exercising wasnt seeing the results because my diet was not great (well I thought it was but it wasnt)  During my summer break Ive been reading and cleaned up my diet.  Its very easy to cook and prepare food when you dont have to work for 2 1/2 months.   I will be back at work next week and I dont want my diet to suffer just because I am back at school.   Anyone one care to share tips on how they keep their diets in check while working?? I have come to far to fall back now.   I have the willpower to say no to the cookies cakes chips soda and all the other junkfood that others eat but I need to find a way to incorporate my meals into my day!

So I was begning to fee frustated because Im seeing gains but not how I want to see them. I know it takes time and dedication but when you want something so bad you want it when you want it. Anyway the old me would have given up and turned to chocolate ice cream cheese and doritos to ease my mind. Well not this time.  I still hate my legs  yes I am loosing but not toning and my breast are disappearing.    So  I went to the gym and did extra carido and I did some lunges.    It felt much better than eating the junk food.    Someone told me last night how long did it take to gain the weight guess what its going to take longer to take it off.    So i just have to keep at it stay on the diet and just keep the faith.

Today is my off day.  However I had to go to gym to weigh myself since I threw my scale across my apartment 6 months ago because I was at my frustrated stage.   I am at 149!!   I want to drop 3lbs this week so I am wonder what changes can I make to my diet to make this happen.  I am already dedicated to the workout part of it but I know the diet plays an important role in making this happen.    Cut out Yams and peanut butter and oatmeal this week!    More water ???? 

 I also tried hanging leg raises for the first time.  I have to pratice these big time.  When I got up there I was swinging like TweetyBird in a cage. Lucky for me the trainer was there and he held my core so I could do the with out swinging so much.  That was Thursday…. Today is Sunday and I am still hurting and I only did 3 sets of 10.  I am reading everywhere how this exercise can help sculpt ab area so Im going to  work on improving my form on these.     I have something new to look foward to this week thats always good!!

Cardio

I used to dread cardio I have to do it if I want to see results.  Ive been consistent and changing my routines every now and then. Its beomming fun because everytime I do carido I challange my body to do something different.  Today I did an hour of cardio hiked the treadmill up as high as it could go changed the speed and did 45 mins  burned 560 calories I did 15 minutes on the stairmaster 140 calories.   I did good.   I think I earned my serving of sweetpotato today.

I had a great workout day.  I did 45 mins of AM cardio and I Did Legs this afternoon. I touch my legs and I can feel them getting hard. They used to be soft and mushy.   I can even see the defintion its awesome and it keeps me wondering how will my legs look 5 months from now?? Well I have to keep at it.   

 Went to whole foods and picked up some oatmeal blueberries and  2 pink lady apples.  I Love Whole foods but damm I cant shop there for all my foods because I would be able to afford my rent lol. I love fruit and its been hard to give up most fruits because of the diet I am on. I guess its better than snacking on an furit filled pie right?????  Or a snickers bar??? I dont miss any of those things at this point.   Im going to  switch my off day to Sunday its normally Fridays I guess I will see if I can keep this up once I go back to work.

Dialene and Sesimine by Scivation 30 days after

I decided to write about my expereince using these two products.  I personally saw results with them. Along with the intense cardio,  I lost about 6lbs in 30 days with them.  The directions says to take 4 of dialene 2 at a time 8 hrs in between I didnt need to take 4 in a day I only used 2 of them.  I joined Team Scivation and sent my body fat measurments to Derrick (the pinch test)  From comminicating with him he says that I am at 20% body fat when I started the these products I was at 24% my bodyfat reader is indicating I am still at a 24% but the pinch test says differnt.   Well I will use this week to assess if I dropped any more bodyfat.     I just ordered more of both of the products and I will use them for the next 12 weeks along with the meal plan and workout schedule. I had to fix it to accomodate my schedule but I will make it work.    In a nut shell if someone asked me  to reccomend these products I would but only if you are going to do right by the products eating  right and doing the exercise.   No diet pill is the magic pill but its one of the many factors that will help me to suceed

1st day 12 week plan

 I think it went well!! I followed the food schedule  and I did workout.   Its that TOM again so I am going to wait to weigh myself because the scale  is going to  say I weigh more.   I am feeling really good about  this.    I cant wait to see where this program is going to take me.  Ive been reading and studying it and I think I am getting it.   Eat the carb after I work out.  Today was the first day I ate a sweetpotato in about 3 months it was soooo good lol.   I didnt eat the whole thing it was a big one so I cut it in fourths.    Tonite for dinner I didnt take the chicken out in time to defrost so I guess I will have tuna protien fats avacado 1/4 cup and brocolli for my veggie.     I need to order more of the dialene and sesimine. Its been 30 days since I used these products and they did benift me.  I reduced my dosage to 2pills a day once in the AM and one at3:00pm.    I should be at my goal weight of 145 by the end of this month yeahhhh from then I will conintue to lower my body fat from there let the musclebuilding begin especially  the legsss!!!!

I Finally got my new 12 week diet plan from scivation

Its awesome its fool proof and this will be the next key to my sucess Its showing me how to plan my meals and exactly what supplemnets to take.  I was already taking Scivation’s products so this is great.   I am looking foward to the next 12 weeks.  This is going to determine how far I can take this.  Ive said my short term goal is to shed fat long term and ultimate to have my hard work acknoweleged via  competeting or modeling We shall see

 I was going to workout today but I had an intense leg workout yesterday and plus my you know what started today. It was sneaky didnt know it was comming. But that explains the strange feelings. I should be used to  by now lol

Vegas was Awesome much needed break now its time to get back to work

I had a great time in Vegas Went to XS at the Encore saw Jersy Boys and went to Lake Las Vegas.  I didnt indulge because we went to the whole foods store and cooked all of our meals.   I had white and red wine.   After having a day of jet lag I worked out today.  I was still feeling a little tired but I managed to get a workout in.  I wanted to get a good cardio workout in but I will do better tommorow.   I lost 1lb while on vacation so I cant complain!!!   Getting closer to my goal weight of 145.   Im going to stick to the intense cardio so I can get to that 145.

I really wanted to workout everyday unitl it was time for my trip but I worked out 9 days in row and my body was like give me a rest! So I did I didnt really rest though I went to the Mall and shopped until I dropped.   My credit cards are cooling off as I type this lol.   I will probably do my cardio Thurday and upper body.   I will have the next 4days off because I will be in Vegas.   I dont plan on  going off track too much while Im away.  I will probably have one sweet treat since I havent had any in a loooong time.  If I drink I know I have to leave all the fancy sugary martinis and stuff like that alone.   Probably just wine Ive worked too hard to go back!
