Summer break is over back in the classroom for me need tips on how to keep
Monday, July 27th, 2009I am a teacher and with that came a bad diet. 95% of the time I dont get a 30 min lunch when you have to deal with 1st graders clogging the toilets with toliet paper and kids eating glue sticks and you really have 10 mins to eat!!!Even when i was exercising wasnt seeing the results because my diet was not great (well I thought it was but it wasnt) During my summer break Ive been reading and cleaned up my diet. Its very easy to cook and prepare food when you dont have to work for 2 1/2 months. I will be back at work next week and I dont want my diet to suffer just because I am back at school. Anyone one care to share tips on how they keep their diets in check while working?? I have come to far to fall back now. I have the willpower to say no to the cookies cakes chips soda and all the other junkfood that others eat but I need to find a way to incorporate my meals into my day!
