To gain muscle do I need to eat more than 1600 calories a day?
Wednesday, May 27th, 2009My goal is not only to be lean but I want a muscular physique. I am very much capable of reaching my goal. I do understand how important diet is. My dream is to have a set of muscular legs I am doing the work stadiums squats lunges and I recently started lifting heavier because I wasnt seeing nothing squating 70 lbs. Anyway Ive taken my workouts to another level but I need to know if I need to consume more calories in order to reach my goal? How many calories should a woman who wants to gain muscle consume daily. On average I consume about 1600-1650 a day and I workout at least 2 hours a day with one hour of cardio INTENSE
