PMS, 23 first Graders and Chocolate!!!!!!!!!

School is almost out for the summer and the weather is warming up down south.   23 kids plus PMS equaled to a cookie binge.  Ive been dong great food wise for the past 4 weeks.  I am writing down everything I put in my mouth.  This week I had a rough start at work.  I didnt write down my food and workouts the way I did 3 weeks ago and it took me off track today.   I understand the importance of writing down my meals and workouts.  18 days left until summer break please dont all I can do is pray that 23 kids leave my classroom and one piece.  I will get back on track Saturday with my food journal because they work and keep me accountable for what I eat.

I appreciate all the feedback but ive been getting alot from men and very little from the ladies..  I would love some feedback from more ladies I see how beautiful and toned all the ladies are on here and I want to one day be the same way.  Men I appreciate your feedback to please dont be offended but I want to wear a 2 piece one day and look beautiful and toned  like the women on here

New Leg work out

I am making major gains on my upperbody in the gym.  I never carried alot of weight on my upper body. I am finally starting to see my lower body thinning out so I think its time to take it to another level.  I am stronger and I can lift more and I have more endurance than I did from when I first started.  I also understand how important my diet is.   With that being said is anyone willing to share a leg workout that will help me to tone my legs.  I think my legs are getting tired of the same boring thing Ive been doing thus far.   I am talking to people at the gym and they keep telling me I can get toned musclar legs by squating 30-50 lbs well so far its not proving to be true.  I am getting thinner I beleive because of the all the cardio I am doing  1 hour at  6 days a week.   I am ready to start toning and shaping my legs.  Thank you!

where are the ladies?? Need some answers!

No offense to the guys here but I need some advice from a woman here on the best product to use during my workouts!  I come here and read and read and read about these preworkout and post workout powders but I have no clue what to do with them.  So I dont buy them.  All need is clue as to what to use so I can last longer while working out. I am working out with nothing except water and its really hard to lift heavy when I know I can but cant because of lack of energy. I tried NO explode but that is too much for me.   Please someone reccomend something simple and fool proof and easy to follow.  Now I appreciate any advice but I really hope a female answers only because I believe the women here knows what it takes to sculpt a woman’s  body.  Please guys dont take offense

Jogged and Walked the Cresent City Classic

I just jogged and walked the CCC.   Its a 6 mile track through the city.  Before I started working out I wouldnt have been able to walk 1 mile let alone 6.  This was great motivation for me to keep going and build my strength.   I was starving when I was done so I went to Zea’s and  shared some hummus and pita bread and ate steamed cabbage.  Everyone else was drinking beer and wine and eating fried foods. I just had tea no sugar splenda!.  So I think I did good today. I was tempeted to go off track just because I did a 6 mile jog/run  Next year I wil have a better toned body and I will be able to wear my litte sports top I cant wait!
