New Attitude
Sunday, March 29th, 2009I Posted some new progress pics. I havent posted my weight updates why??? Because the scale discourages me because its not moving. I plan to weigh myself in30 days because I am going to try the workout I found on here that was about Jessica Simpson the circut with 4×25 per exercise. I actuallytried it today I was able to do 3×25 I will have to build up to that. I did my hour of cardio with this 30 on the stairmaster various rates and 30 on the elliptical I spent 2 hours in the gym this morning doing exactly what I read on the article … So this is my 30 day plan , Oh yeah I am writing down everything I eat when I eat how much I eat so I am aware of what I am putting in my mouth. I am going to ditch more carbs from my meals but the problem is I need a source of energy to exercise I guess I have read to find out where I get that from…
