New Attitude

I Posted some new progress pics. I havent posted my weight updates why??? Because the scale discourages me because its not moving.  I plan to weigh myself in30 days because I am going to try  the workout I found on here that was about Jessica  Simpson the circut with 4×25 per exercise. I actuallytried  it today I was able to do 3×25 I will have to build up  to that.   I did my hour of cardio with this  30 on the stairmaster  various rates and 30 on the elliptical  I spent 2 hours in the gym this  morning doing exactly what I read on the article … So this is  my 30 day plan , Oh yeah I am writing down everything I eat when I eat how much I eat so I am aware of what I am putting in my  mouth.  I am going to ditch more carbs from my meals but the problem is I need a source of energy to exercise  I guess I have read to find out where I get that from…

I need some support getting frustated but I dont want to stop exercising

I am getting frustrated because after 8 months of constant exersing and well eat fairly well I am not seeing major changes… I even paid 600 bucks to a personal trainer who didnt have clue because after working with him I lost no weight and all he had me do was use those bands and run in between cones it did nothing for my body.  Now mind you I am seeing some changes but nothing like the men and women on this site.  I guess I must have alot of fat on me!!!  I know its not the workouts because I am consistent with those…. maybe my diet?????  What to eat when to eat how to eat????  I thought I would at least be at my goal weight of 145 but the scale hasnt moved…..  I want to see major changes but I dont know how to take it to the next level…..  Im just lost now I dont know what to do at this point.  I know what I want toned and muscular legs I am not looking to be a body builder yet I just want to people to look and my legs  and say hey she works out. If I can get to that level  then I can think about getting a body builders body pleasssssssssse someone advise me!  I will post progress pics when  I find someone to take them for me!

Why am I having leg cramps????

I have recently started having leg cramps after working out.   The cramps and tingly and numb feeling and it shoots up and down my leg.  Could  there be a  pinched nerve??  I am not taking any medicine  so I dont know what can justify this pain and I am not sure if this is grounds for me to run to the emergency room any advice from anyone ?? What can I do to ease the feeling??
