Re thinking and changing a few things
Sunday, January 25th, 2009Its been a while since i posted something here and I really need to come here to express my thoughts
Well I sort of kind of fell off the wagon as far as my diet goes I am still exercising but I started to plateau again. Geesh are 10 lbs supposed to be this hard to loose? I guess it is if you dont do what you are supposed to do.
I have to
Start increasing my cardio, I have discontinued the creatine because i have read it can keep u you bloated. I guess I dont need the creatine because I still have fat I am trying to loose and I want to see the pounds drop off the scale. I have to stop eating the hershey kissess when I get the munchies at 10 or 12 at night and have a protien shake instead. Only water and tea bags are in my home no soda. I guess you realize how hard fat is to take off until you actually make an effort to take if off and keep it off.
My goal is to be down to 145 and have a set of toned tight legs and a booty you can bounce a quater off lol. i have to tell myself I can do it and just stay postive and get back on track
