Hit and Run

Ok so I decided to go out tonite because its been such a long time.  I wanted to go downtown but there were so many people in town for the Bayou Classic I decided just to come home. Well trying to get home some jack ass hit my car and left the scene.  I found a police officer he was nice I cried because the jack ass damaged my baby.   After the police did wrote the report Ijust wanted to come home I got stressed I wanted to eat a bag of Doritos and Snicker bar and watch TV just when I was about to make a turn to the convience store I stopped and thought about my legs. If ate this would it help my progress? Probably not so I just came home ate an apple and now I am about to eat a small tangerine.  This is such a big deal to me because the old me would have just sucked down those chips and that candy bar.  I had to come here and write this.

Personal Trainer

I invested in  personal trainer because I really thought he would help me work my legs better.  Now mind you  I think he can train but he dont understand my goals. I want to have a set of tight and toned legs.  We rarely use weights and my legs are not pretty at all.   I dont understand how my legs can tone with out using some weights I come on here and read the workout plans and other people’s legs workout.  Everyone is using some weight.  I was using the exersises on here as a guide when I first stared and my legs were starting to show they could change. Since the personal trainer came in my legs are moving along. I think I am going to print the leg routines from this site  and use people from this site as my personal trainer.  So far all the other advice I get from  here has worked.    The weight is comming off I am down to 152 was 163 I want to get down to 145 but I want to be toned 145.   My largest was 215 and that was years ago I lost the weight didnt exercise and the results saggy legs and strectch marks, I am just sick of it.  If I tone I can live with the strectch marks but stretch marks especially if i get some muscle tone on these legs.

Step away from the Pecan Pie and go to the gym!!!

I am a school teacher and Friday wast the last day of school until our Thanksgiving break.   A coworker baked Pecan Pies and left one in my classroom,  I am like DAMMMMMM I love pecan pie but I cant have this because I will eat the whole pie.  So I gave most of the pie away to the kids at school and I took 1/4 of it home.  When I got home I was about to take a small nibble but then I realized I really didnt need it. So I took the pie and trashed as I was walking out the door to go exercise.   A school is a nightmare for someone who is trying to loose weight kids are always bringing in those foods that are not good for you.  I dont know how I am going to make it this year but I will. I am sure their are things I can do to keep myself from eating things I know I shouldnt be eating.  

Cardio or not to Cardio??

I am really trying to build my legs but at the same time I want to loose more of my body fat I am currently doing 50 mins of cardio 600 calories 6 days a week and doing my weight training for 40 mins .  Should reduce my cardio in and put more time into training my legs with weights???? I want to train smart so which is more benefical if i want to tone my legs and develop muscle??
