Where are my breast going???

Ok so I started  working out 2 months ago I was a 34DD I used to take the extra padding out of my bras now I have to stick it back in and my bras are too big now. So I went to Victoria Seceret and to get re measured I am now a 34 D about to drop to a C Cup why are my boobies leaving and my booty is still hanging strong?? If I could loose the fat on my ass as fast as I lost my breast I would be on cloud Nine.    Once I get my body I am not considering implants to put my boobies back where they belong so I can be a 34DD I miss my breast :(

Hydroxycut 7 day Cleanse

I see that hydroxycut has a 7 day cleanse on the market…. If I start this cleanse can I still take my glutamine and protien shakes  and multivitmains after my workout or will the cleanse  counteract  my supplements.   i decided to try this cleanse since I have had to really bad days of snacking due to PMS symptoms.   THanks!

PMS food Cravings Arrruggghhh

Ladies how do you handle these strong cravings during that pre time of the month.  I stopped using birth control, but my snack attacks before my period are back!!   The chocolate well its dark chocolate and cheese ! Will these two days of snack attack affect the progress I have made.  This happens like clock work I know my period is comming because 2 days before I get the serious munchies.  I dont eat tons of it I would like to know if anyone has tips to counteract the munchie attack I expereince

 

oh yeah have anyone heard of spelt bread?????

I just posted new pics and I am very proud to see my hard work is paying off. I am far from my goals but I can see changes and therefore I realize I have the ability to change my body who know I may be able to compete or even be a personal trainer  I am doing this for me first  and foremost though.  Being healthy is starting to feel really good.   I  have had any alchohol in 2 months and that is big deal for me I dont  even miss it, I went out last weekend and didnt have not one drink.   I used to have a slice of cheesecake once a week I havent had a slice since I started exercsising. I miss the cheesecake more than the martini but I dont want either one while I am trying to change my body.Eating the cheesecake is why my legs look  like sponge cake right now.  I have to work on my eating schedule.   It is sooo hard to eat as a 1st grade school teacher.   I purchased a tub of protien powder and oatmeal packs and tuna  to keep in my classroom  I hope this will stop me from  going in the kid’s candy jar.    Any suggestions for easy foods to keep on me while at school so I can stay on track  at work??? Any tips let me know!

Creatine and Glutamine ????????????

If anyone will respond I would be greatful.   I am reading about supplements and how they should be taken.   Currently I Use the NOS Explode to help me workout more effeciently two hours, when I come home I drink a protein shake and stack it with Glutamine Powder and I drink Glutamine before I go to bed with plain water.   #1 is this safe and effective method of these supplements?  My arms and back are looking more defined and I am noticing I am starting to retain muscles tone in my upper body since starting these supplements (will post updated photos soon!)   If anyone has an opinion on this and if I can do something to be more effective please respond.   I rely heavily on advice and opinions of people on here because your bodies speak for themselves.   When I go to the GNC i have hard time taking their advice especially when they are not inshape.        Thanks

Sore Stiff Body

I am very sore.  When I get out of bed it feels like my leg are going to fall off.  When I walk up my stairs in my apartment my legs feel like they are tearing what is causing this. I take glutamine before bed and after my workout and I take a mulit vitamin.  Is there something else I can use maybe icy hot?
