I hate my legs and ass :(

They are so gross I am so ashamed of how bad I let them get because I never paid attention to my body over the years.  I am working so hard right now in the gym for the past 2 weeks 30 mins on the stair stepper 30 mins on the elliptical for an hour 6 days a week and I am doing my weight training  for an hour.  As much fat as I have on my legs I would be a fool to expect it to disappear in 2 weeks.   I have also purchased the lipo 6 from the website I am hoping this will aide me in burning the nasty fat.  Will I ever see a toned set of legs???  Trying to win the war with legs and ass that shakes more than a bowl of jello

I went to walmart today and purchased a body fat scale.  There was a pamplet inside the box that just because you are thin doesnt mean you are healthy because of body fat.   It showed 2 people at 150 lbs one with 25% body and one with 34% .  Does this mean that over weight people can be healthier if they have less body fat and more muscle? 

 My body fat is 33% I know ewww I have to do something about this.  I am so worried about the scale getting to 145 but it really dont mean nothing if I am still walking crisco.    Someone please break down body fat and explain it to me like I am a 1st grader.  What foods help reduce it.  I know I am getting a good work out but I want to see this number go down.

I think this is harder than the exericise.  I am being very careful about what I put in my body.  Just because I have cleaned up my diet I wonder if I am eating the right foods to build and retain muscle.   I am scared to touch bread because bread is why my thighs are rubbing together lol.   I really dont know how this works, but I think I have been playing safe by drinking the protien shakes, eating eggwhites with one yolk, and eating chicken and those smallporkchops. I also eat those boca veggie patties when I am at work I can pop them in the microwave and keep going.  I have to increase my water intake.   Its hard being a school teacher and drinking that much water because water makes me pee and pee often and I cant leave my classroom every 15 mins to use the bathroom.   So if anyone wants to respond or advise me on what foods to eat in order to gain muscle and keep them.

This is a huge deal for me.  With my mitro valve prolapse and being over weight and out of shape when I started I thought I would be doing harm to my heart.  When I first started I was so out of shape didnt have the stamina to stay on the elliptical. Now I can do 30 mins on the stair climber and 30 mins on the elliptical.  I also have the stamina to work out 6 days a week now.  So I spend about 2 hours at the gym.   I no longer view going to the gym as a punishment.   I am happy to go and excited to be there.  I think this is a major break through for me and I know this attitude  will take me closer to my goal.

Make up

You can buy all the exspensive make you want to but you need to have the right tools to put it on.  First buy a set of brushes. Target has a good set of brushes but I also purchased a crease/blending brush from the MAC store and I love it. 

Moisturize your face before you put powder on that is the key to smooth application. I use Ambi moisterizer spf 30 find it at walmart. 

I use MAC studio fix its a 2 in one foundation and powder perfect for photographs Only use it one time and I use MAC

pressed powder for shine. 

Eyes I sometimes use up to 5 eyeshawdows that is way brushes are important so u can blend the color. You need a lid brush a crease brush to blend and a brush to catch the arch under your eye brow I will post a link to you tube this young lady calls herself the queen of blending she has easy makeup techniques. 

False eyelashes can make your face pop I use the full strips they are kind of tricky to put but I here if you cut the strip in half application is easy.  You can acually cut the strip and only place them in the corner lids.  Put your false eyelashes on after all your eye make up is done. Sometimes i add an extra layer fo mascara but for the most part you dont have too.

Lips I stick to the pink nutreal shades Tip if you have heavy eye make up your lips should be suttle you dont want a somkey eye and bright red lipstick I love Mac Lip Glass in  VIVA GLAM that a you cant go wrong color and I use Pink Poodle. 

Blush if you dont know what color to use ask at the counter your dont want to look like a clown.  Apple of the cheeks work your way up. 

I spend about 30 to 40 mins on make up when I want to look really nice (most of the time is putting the lashes on) but for a day at work about 15 mins.

I was an Informercial fool until I joined this site ha ha ha

This is a great site! Most of the people on here are honest and so friendly.  No one sugar coats telling me dumb things like I will have a 6 pack like Janet Jackson in 3 weeks if i do 50 crunches a day.     I have heard it all from people who dont know what the hell they are talking about I bought the all the infomercial stuff that promised fast results I have the firm that didnt make nothing firm on me.  I have the leg magic that piece of trash is sitting in my closet because it broke the 1st month I had it.  I even bought the Ab mircale product "The Bean"   Yeahh I bean brain probably invented it.   I have learned that if you want the body you have to get your ass in the gym and work and you have to eat right.  All that stuff I purchased off TV was a true waste of money espcially if you overweight like me.  

Since joining this site I have finally got real about this.  Its not going to be easy but since i have put my mind to acheiving my goals I know it will happen in time. Not in 30 days like the infomercials tell you. 

I finally stayed on the stair climber for 30 mins!!

I am so happy about this when I first started last month I got on that machine I couldnt last 10 mins barely that.   Today I went to the gym and I got on it and my goal was to do 15 mins without stopping.  Well I got to 15 and I wasnt tired I got to 20 and still wasnt tired so I made myself go to 30 mins I actually did 32 mins.  I saw that I burned over 300 calories on that machine also and I feel like its helping the areas I need the most help in hips thighs and butt.  I think this machine will be my first choice of carido no one at my gym rarely touch this machine but I will be now. Yeahhhh

If anyone can answer this??

I am taking birthcontrol pills I have been working out 5 days a week and eating fairly well.   I am not seeing any weight loss.  Before taking the pill I could loose weight fairly easy.  Can anyone advise me if the birthcontrol pills are the reason why I am not seeing weight  drop.  Also I have gained weight since ive been on them.
