Can anyone tell me about friuts

I am reading people’s meal plans and alot of people are not eating fruits. Is there a reason for this. I like to eat a nectarine or a plum or a banana at least once a day.   Are fruits good for snacking I eat them because its easy  for me to have in the classroom and it keeps me from going to machine and grabbing a snicker’s bar

I got stressed and I ate some bad foods today arrrrgggghhh

I am a first grade teacher, ( lord give me strength) today was a rough day, so rough that I forgot to take my afternoon supplments and I didnt get to eat I let my issues at work get to me and I had a slices of thin crust wheat pizza and some ice cream.  I know I dont need to beat myself up but I feel really bad because Ive been on point for a month and 2 weeks now, the longest I have ever stuck to anything as far as health goes.  Should I feel gulity and can someone reccomend what kinds of food I can keep in my fridge at school to keep me on track while I am at work? I container of protein at work but what can I eat that is fast and dont requrie me to sit down and eat?  Will this one day  of bad food affect my progess already made? I  I followed my gym schedule 3 days on and one day off.   Thanks

Birth Contorl Pills and Supplements

I am not sure if a man can answer this question but I was wondering if taking supplements and using birth control pills are safe and can using birth control affect my ability to develop muscle?  I try to use stimulant free supplments when i can find them because my body is sensitive to stimulants thanks!

Ok so I purchased this  called horse power to give me more energy to work out.  It say it has Creatine Ethly Ester and some ohter stuff in it.  It gave me a boost but everytime I used this stuff It felt as if someone was sticking me with pins all over my body felt like I was breaking out with a rash and it made me itch.   Ive been advised that Creatine helps to build muscle.. I immediately stopped talking that stuff because that scrared me.   Are all creatine products going to make me feel like that or is their something else I can take that will not make me feel like I need to jump out of my skin?

What to eat is so confusing right now.    So I will tell you what I am doing This is what I ate today

Breakfast  Protein shake 1 scoop of Pronos and 1 scoop of muscle Milk light.  I am still trying to get used to the taste so I mix a banana and a 3 strawberries and some ice and water and make a smoothie. 

Snack about 30 almonds

Lunch  1 boiled egg and 1 cup of Beef Jerky and a Nectarine  ( I am a teacher this is better than having the cafeteria food)  I need to eat something  quick and fast because I really dont get to sit down and eat.

Snack reduced fat cheese ( the single pack that Kraft make)

Dinner  (ok now I am making excuses and I should stick my head in sand but I dont want to lie)  All In my freezer was wheat thin crust cheese pizza I ate 2 slices ( I know this killed it) I normally have chicken or turkey leg but I didnt make it to the store

After I ate went to the gym did 45 mins of cardio and 45 mins of weight worked upper bod.

Came home and had a Muscle Milk light for after work out shake

 Water I had maybe 2 16oz bottles today. But I feel so bloated since I am drinking the protein and water makes it worse

I know this is long but if someone keep it real and tell me what i need to change because I know i do.  How many calories should I eat what should I eat

Can anyone tell  me the truth about gaining weight.  Ive been exercising, eating right taking supplments protein etc and I have gained weight whats up with that?
