What to eat is so confusing right now. So I will tell you what I am doing This is what I ate today
Breakfast Protein shake 1 scoop of Pronos and 1 scoop of muscle Milk light. I am still trying to get used to the taste so I mix a banana and a 3 strawberries and some ice and water and make a smoothie.
Snack about 30 almonds
Lunch 1 boiled egg and 1 cup of Beef Jerky and a Nectarine ( I am a teacher this is better than having the cafeteria food) I need to eat something quick and fast because I really dont get to sit down and eat.
Snack reduced fat cheese ( the single pack that Kraft make)
Dinner (ok now I am making excuses and I should stick my head in sand but I dont want to lie) All In my freezer was wheat thin crust cheese pizza I ate 2 slices ( I know this killed it) I normally have chicken or turkey leg but I didnt make it to the store
After I ate went to the gym did 45 mins of cardio and 45 mins of weight worked upper bod.
Came home and had a Muscle Milk light for after work out shake
Water I had maybe 2 16oz bottles today. But I feel so bloated since I am drinking the protein and water makes it worse
I know this is long but if someone keep it real and tell me what i need to change because I know i do. How many calories should I eat what should I eat
