Changed up the workout plan, by adding a little more ball excercises and balancing in my routine. Since I gained like 8 pds of muscle, I want to lose about 10 pds of fat; that would be awesome. Staying motivate. Hoping you do the same.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LEG DAY!! i do two leg days a week, and Tuesday’s is for lifting heavy. there is nothing better than the feeling you get knowing you accomplished something you never though you could a few months back. I will keep pushing hard. Mostly quad concentrated on this workout, but when you feel strong; NO BETTER FEELING IN THE WORLD. KEEP TRAINING HARD!!!!
