Of course, I haven’t been using the site to track my progress, as usual, but I am still doing good. I have switch back again to Monday Chest/Back, Tues. Legs heavy (and PT), Wed. Bis/Tris (my new FAV!!!), Thurs. Legs light (Glute/Ham mostly) and Friday Shoulders ABs and PT. Saturday i usually dance, but not always.its a fun cardio day!! I do need full 48 hours rest though to maintain. My weight stays around 167, sometimes up 2 or 3 pounds, and sometimes down 2 or 3 pounds. I just being a woman has its challeges, but I stay motivated, and I am getting stronger. I have to watch that I don’t over workout, because thats bad, and since I am not on my cut cycle right now, I have to be positive of my body image. I had to reduce my chest reps and just do have weights/low reps, cause I dont want to be smaller than a B cup, and the two days of legs balances out my strenght with my toning cause that is the biggest thing on me; im problem area if you will. But my motto remains TRAIN HARD OR GO HOME… Stay Positive !!!

Changed up the workout plan, by adding a little more ball excercises and balancing in my routine. Since I gained like 8 pds of muscle, I want to lose about 10 pds of fat; that would be awesome. Staying motivate. Hoping you do the same.

So, i dont always have the patience to sit and enter all my training in bodyspace, but i do have a journal. I am still on a five day split which i have changed back up to : chest/back/abs, quads/calves/abs, bi/tris/abs, glutes, hams/abs, and Friday is shoulders with full ab training. I do yoga/pilates once a week, and cardio at least four of the other days.(to include, running, cardio aerobics, and running.) I do like to dance to, so the carmen electra tapes are for fun on saturday, it doesnt feel like a workout. I am getting stronger, with the exception of bench press. I am still at a plateau so i have been using the smith machine for bit to help me safely increase weight without a spotter.
Today was awesome; I LOVE BI/TRI WED!!! it is impowering to train hard and see how much your body transforms. I will like to superset for my arms to help get a short cardio affect as well. I will try to start blogging to help with my progress as well.
HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT WORKOUT AND STAY MOTIVATED!!!! STAY FOCUSED!!!

Today I would out my Biceps and Triceps, and I am starting to gain strenght in my triceps, but they are still not some much definition. I think I will work toward heavier weight, lower rep excercises, and more tricep dips.
