I havn’t used bodyspace in months and stoped takin progress pics but since i stoped using it i went from 200lbs to a solid 220 benching somwhere around 340 for a max which was by far my all time high considering a year ago i was 170 lbs and benching 140 lol anyways two months a go i got sick for three weeks straight and had finals which made me end up losing almost all of what i gained i wasn’t able to lift for 2 months i now weigh 190 lbs and am lifting so much less then what i was and am just discuraged but im hitting the gym hard working my but off to get it all back and to top it all of i am now engaged to the love of my life and have a baby on the way so basicaly im restarting my whole life wish me luck i pan on actually tracking my results alot closer in hopes to take my fitness to the next level
