I have decided that now is the time to put everything together before it all really falls apart and I can’t put it together. I have to put my family life back together before it is truley damaged beyond repair. I have to figure out what I want out of my work before it kills me. I need to get my training back on track to get towards a goal.

For the first time in my life, this includes all my Powerlifting/Strongman compitions and other various sports, I am going to follow my training and nutrition plans. I want to be 205lbs with single digit body fat. I want to be able to push some of the weights that I once did. I want to bench 600lbs again I want to deadlift over 800lbs again, I want to squat 770lbs again. This time I want to do it at a weight of 205lbs not 365lbs. The only way to do this is to stick with my regimented plans. I will start updating my profile with what I am doing and how I feel about it. I will take update pictures. The first ones will not be to pretty, but eventually they will.

On to what I have been able to do. Nutrition part is getting better but still needs to be refined. Cardio is starting slowly but surely. Tommorow I am going to the gym to at least try something. I really should do some before pictures, will see.

Hypertension was the cause of visit to the hospital not a heart attack. One of the guys at work called it, he had the same thing. I was almost relieved to hear that but now I have a problem with so many triggers that a heat attack is easier.

The next step is to regroup and organize my solutions. As pointed out before(thnx for your comments and suggestions) I need to get a hold of and control the stuff going in the body, this will ensure a better chance of success. I still need to go back for more test to get cleared for the heavy lifting but the introduction to lite cardio is a go! I stated before that I have never done anything that even looked like cardio before but this is the time to start. I am going to do the treadmill for now as that gets better I will increase to the bike and swimming. That almost sounded like triathalon training, something to shoot for for next year as a goal. I don’t mean compete against world class competitors but to complete something like that would be amasing.

I was taken to the emergency room today because I thought I had had a heart attack, the doctor thought I had a heart attack. The tests found that I did not, but at 34 years of age I realized that something needs to change. I was trying to fool myself in to thinking that I was in better shape than I really am. The doctor said that I was in O.K. (not even good) shape for a man of 73. That hurt but was true. I need to change my life completly or just realize that I am going to die soon.

I have a deadend job behind a computer that no one respects or puts any merritt in, that I do for 12 hour shifts. My nutritional intake could not get any worse if I made a bowl out of cooking lard and filled it with butter and sugar. I have lost all of the real muscle that I had while doing strongman contestest and my endurance is so poor as I have never done cardio in my life!

I have done this for the last 14 years. I don’t even know where to start to make my life come around to where it should be. Any suggestions?
