Now is the time.
I have decided that now is the time to put everything together before it all really falls apart and I can’t put it together. I have to put my family life back together before it is truley damaged beyond repair. I have to figure out what I want out of my work before it kills me. I need to get my training back on track to get towards a goal.
For the first time in my life, this includes all my Powerlifting/Strongman compitions and other various sports, I am going to follow my training and nutrition plans. I want to be 205lbs with single digit body fat. I want to be able to push some of the weights that I once did. I want to bench 600lbs again I want to deadlift over 800lbs again, I want to squat 770lbs again. This time I want to do it at a weight of 205lbs not 365lbs. The only way to do this is to stick with my regimented plans. I will start updating my profile with what I am doing and how I feel about it. I will take update pictures. The first ones will not be to pretty, but eventually they will.
