The tests are back and I am in poor but not deathly shape
Hypertension was the cause of visit to the hospital not a heart attack. One of the guys at work called it, he had the same thing. I was almost relieved to hear that but now I have a problem with so many triggers that a heat attack is easier.
The next step is to regroup and organize my solutions. As pointed out before(thnx for your comments and suggestions) I need to get a hold of and control the stuff going in the body, this will ensure a better chance of success. I still need to go back for more test to get cleared for the heavy lifting but the introduction to lite cardio is a go! I stated before that I have never done anything that even looked like cardio before but this is the time to start. I am going to do the treadmill for now as that gets better I will increase to the bike and swimming. That almost sounded like triathalon training, something to shoot for for next year as a goal. I don’t mean compete against world class competitors but to complete something like that would be amasing.
