					<description>That's your wake up call!  Thank God it was not a heart attack, and you are still young enough to do something about it.  Consult with your Dr. to come up with a nutrition/exercise game plan.  You have to have nutrition 80%, 10% strength training and 10% cardio.  Above all these things you need the desire to change your health.</description>

					<description>Well it all comes down to diet, portion control .Finding a good gym with the right equipment and instructors.Cardio and resistance training are a must.Personally i did cardio first to fat strip with a mix of light resistance work on the weights.I think in the early stages at my age the protein intake was too high this you will have to get some solid advice on and also timing of foods can be very benificial.Sorry for being abit vague but you need some advice from your instructors on all aspects of your goals and programs.</description>
