Runnin

 Getting prepare to have a very good morning tomorrow after a good 5 to 6 miles run. I usuaaly fell awesome after a good run. I can not belive while reading my last blog in where I wrote that I was getting ready to run a 5 k… that’s too damn easy! What I was thinking about? A good start? Probably… It feels good to know that you can workout everywhere. Does not matter of where you at, you can still excersise without weights or you can make your own weights or resistance. What about bodyweight excersises. Sometimes take time to think like this and enjoy like or a good workout at any place. It took me a while. So everyday I will enjoy this advantage… For the rest of my life!

Darn lovehandles!

 I need to get rid of my darn lovehandles! Help wanted! The cardio it’s good and the motivation is there. Also i’m running a 5k saturday for the hispanic heritage week in irak. I ran sept 11 and did a very bad performance with 27 mins although i’m a heavy man and i started running a few weeks ago. My diet is kind of good but need to clean it a little bit. Any person who have some training on how to get rid on the lovehandles or any comments please reply.

I need to loose bodyfat! it is hard! I’ve been running lately, but still hard. I adjusted how i’m eating and doing some cardio but the results are very slow i tried early in the morning with an empty stomach but i have no time to do it everyday, probably once a week due to work. My upper body is getting toned and bigger but my belly is flabby even do im doing abs every other day and cardio 4 days a week. It’s seen like i never gonna get it right i got the motivation but still doesn’t feel good darnit!

Need motivation

I do not know what is happening with my motivation, everytime i look at the mirror at the gym i get mad. i was doing good a couple months ago and changed my eating habits and got fatter. I mess up, but i’m good training and doing cardio, always motivated about lifting and doing cardio and eating good. Everything goes away when i look at the mirror and see my self with that big belly and love handles. I know i will not change from one day to another but still screwing my motivation. I will post my fat pics to see if that help me, I have support from my training partner and wife ,but still working on my head.

How much Cardio? Swimm or run? Elliptical or treadmill?

I am a little bit confuse about cardio, I read an article saying that train in water will make the body accumlate subcutaneous fat. I will like to run but the hours I’m able to run is too hot, and swimming is cooler, also I’m lifting weights. I want to loose fat and get lean but, some people said thaat too much cardio is bad forthe body or you can loose too much muscle. I heard that the elliptical will work better than the treadmill if you use it properly. I want to loose my body fat not my muscle and I will like to keep swimming but do not want to accumulate subcutaneous fat!
