Back at it:)
Ok so today was my first day back to being able to lift. I should have started a little lighter on the weight because I had a hard time washing my hair in the shower lol:) I hope to be super sore tomorrow!…. I have never had 3 weeks off before so this should be interesting. I am switching my workouts to a 3 day split and it will be push/pull/legs and 3 days of cardio. Today was push and I did chest/shoulders/triceps… 3 sets of 12.
Food was fairly healthy and I found this new site called Nutrimirror for tracking everything. It is actually pretty cool and I think I am going to like it better than fitday. Low on protein today but tomorrow will be back on track.
