Cardioooooo
So I wasn’t suppose to be on restriction that long it ended up being only a week so I started to lift again. Well the doc should have said low intensity, oops. So I was told to back off again. So I haven’t lifted anything since last Thursday but have been doing cardio daily since monday. I will start back up on Sunday with my normal routine and pray that it is ok:) The only thing I am concerned with right now is that 2 people told me today that I look like I have lost weight and it was kinda like wow look at you. The scale has not changed so my fear is that I am losing muscle and gaining fat since I have not been able to really work out since April 21! Oh boy I need this week to be over……
